Cirgenski+Company served as the Owner’s Representative for the initial and subsequent projects, which entailed the design and construction of new executive and administrative offices for TowerBrook Capital Partners LP, a private equity firm, on the entire 27th Floor at 65 East 55th Street in Manhattan. C+C provided assistance in reviewing and suggesting business terms for the prospective space; developing the design and construction team, review and analysis of the project’s architectural design and construction documentation; review of cost estimating and scheduling for the project; and oversight of the securing approvals and close-out documents. C+C maintained constant contact and coordination with all members of the project team on a regular basis as well.
